Model Trains Station

Model Trains Station is now located at Taylors Mill in Taylors, South Carolina. We occupy 16,000 square feet inside DOCK 3 of Taylors Mill Development.  An exciting feature of this location is Norfolk Southern’s main line train tracks are just behind our building.  They have trains passing by on a regular schedule. This is an ideal location for learning about real trains and enjoying model scale trains.

This is a rather unusual venue. There are 11 (yes 11!) layouts here in 5 different scales, and they are almost all visually complete. Some are excellent older portables or displays that have been donated and lovingly restored to prime condition; others are newer projects or completions of layouts-in-process that have been acquired by the group of model railroaders who manage this unique attraction.
