Rich Bergen's Bergen Junction RR

This freelanced HO point to point layout depicts a shared UP/BNSF mainline and branch in the western US in the early 2000’s. It was inspired by my teenage trips to Colorado Springs during the BN years. This 16 X 27 layout under construction incorporates both modular & fixed grid construction utilizing Digitrax Duplex DCC & the TCS UWT-100 Throttle or WiThrottle. Scenery is carved extruded foam & sculptamold over plywood featuring a red rock canyon & western buttes with a town that has seen better days. Petroglyphs from ancient times and an occasional alien are sometimes seen.
